Orders are processed as soon as possible (2-3 days), but please note that during the busiest periods (e.g. around the holiday season) it may take up to 7 days for me to get to your order. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

There are two different shipping options to choose from:
Priority mail via the hungarian national postal service ( It’s the cheapest option, NO tracking is provided for this option.)
Registered priority mail. ( This option provides tracking!)
Please note that if you don’t choose the shipping option with tracking, you can’t track your order!
All items are shipped from Budapest, Hungary. Domestic shipping usually takes around 3-5 business days while international shipping may take 2-4 weeks or on rare occasions up to 6-8 weeks depending on your location and circumstances. Please allow at least 30 business days before inquiring after a lost package.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order, so the best way to find out the shipping cost for a specific item is to add it to your cart and proceed to checkout.
We only accept Paypal. Credit and debit cards are also accepted and processed through Paypal.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & exchanges: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
All sales are final and items cannot be returned or refunded in case you suddenly change your mind. Each print order placed is custom made for each customer after order is received, I always make sure the print has the correct colors and has no defect. Due to monitor differences, actual colors may vary slightly from what appears online.
I am not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Therefore, all shipping charges are strictly nonrefundable.

Note: Once you have clicked on the “complete order” button, unfortunately it is not possible to edit or cancel your order. However, if you need to change some parameters, like addresses, etc., please contact us via email at email@example.com as soon as possible. We are not bound to make such modifications in your order, but we will do our very best on a case-by-case basis.
REASONS FOR SHIPMENT RETURNS:
Note: All sent packages are marked with the our return address, so that if the package is returned for any reason (wrong address, broken, etc.), it will come back to us and we can address the issue.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Be extra careful with apartment numbers and zip/postal codes! Don’t leave them out and double check the digits!
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you.
